CUTE DRESS BUT RUNS SMALL!!!

I usually wear a small or medium in Naked Zebra tops, so I ordered a medium in the blue because it looked kind of fitted. It's very cute and the color is lovely, but it is way too tight especially in the top!!! I'm not even sure if I could wear a large!
