How much does shipping cost in the U.S.?

For all orders amounting to $150 or below, a standard USPS Priority Mail rate of $10.00 will be applied per order.

Free shipping is offered for all orders over $150.

How fast is your shipping?

We ship daily, Monday through Friday excluding weekends.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed.

For USPS Priority Mail shipments, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be delivered.  

International Shipping

All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

Please note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost Packages

We are only responsible until the package has been shipped out of our warehouse.
If package(s) are lost/stolen in transit, the liability lies with the courier and the customer.  Please inform us with as much as detail possible, and we will file a claim on the courier. This claim initiation takes up to 5 business days after we have received your information regarding the lost package. 

Cancellations

No cancellation is allowed once the order is shipped.

Other Shipping Charges

We are not responsible for any other freight fees - including customs and postal services.
